I’ve never been called an introvert. In fact, I’m possibly the complete opposite. I think I’m pretty outgoing, I enjoy social settings and speaking in public, and not much makes me very nervous. But, I know many people that are introverted and enjoy their quiet time, and get bummed out when they are faced with certain social situations. And, that’s cool too!
And, I mean – although back in the day I was quite the party animal, I’d much rather hang home with my fam for a mini backyard BBQ or snuggle up on the couch on a Friday night, then whoop it up with thousands of strangers and fight for elbow-room in small spaces. And, I have plenty of days when I’d be completely content all by myself. So maybe I’m a little bit of both?
Either way, I was super excited to find a subscription box that appeals to female introverts – to help them recharge at home, feel encouraged, inspired and renewed.

RENEW + REFRESH
This box was PACKED with goodies. It also had a couple of inserts, including this little notecard filled with Introvert Insights.
While many of the items in the box were perfect for any person regardless of how outgoing she is, this book (The Introvert Advantage How Quiet People Can thrive in an Extrovert World) is specific to the quieter population. But guess what? I’m totally going to read this. I’m a firmer believer that every type of person can learn from a million other types of people. And, I think we all carry hints of qualities and personality traits that aren’t the obvious ones. Like, feeling energized by being alone even if you excel in a crowded space. Retail: $9.20
This Peach Pie Candle by PURR. Oh, it smells delicious.
I may have sniffed this thing for longer than a normal person should but its just so marvelous in every way. And, it has a timber wick which is super fun and different! I can’t wait to burn this….once I stop sniffing it, obvi. Retail: $8-ish
I have a confession to make. I’ve never used a bath bomb. I’m not sure I understand them either. But, I bet they’re pretty awesome! I received this Date Night Cupcake Bath Bomb by Melted Addiction. Perfect for recharging. We have 3 full baths, but only 1 tub. And, it’s filled with kid toys. I’m totally going to remove them all , turn off the lights, light this peachy candle and bath bomb it out. Can’t wait. Retail: $10.
I’ve never tried polish from Parlo, but this By Fuchsia is the brightest shade of pink, I can’t wait to wear it! I tried to get the deets from the website, but it’s closed until end of June. I did gather that the products never contain harsh chemicals, dyes, perfumes, parabens, artificial preservatives, bismuth oxychrolide, boron nitrate or any other yucky stuff and that makes me the happiest!
How purty are these Coasters by A Rustic Feeling? These things are HEAVY…well, I mean…they’re made out of stone so that makes sense. And they are hand stamped. I adore them. Retail: $24.50
Well, we’ve cleared up that I love smelling stuff. And, I’m all about the essential oils. This gorgeous little Roll On by Life Force Essentials is filled with the Bloom Blend A blend of essential oils designed to calm and soothe anxiety, refresh your mind and uplift your spirits. Introvert or not, I have a toddler. So, I need this roll-on in my life. It’s filled with Lavender, Sweet Orange and Spearmint essential oils and I’m rolling it all over myself as we speak. I’m pretty sure “a dab will do ya” would’ve sufficed here. Retail: $14.
Rolling essential oils all over my body and sniffing candles hasn’t stopped me from inhaling the intoxicatingly relaxing aroma coming from this little Bluegrass Oils Lavender Oatmeal Bath Tea Satchel. I love saying satchel. Hee-Hee (remember?). Anyway , this smells absolutely perfect. Retail: $3.99
Last but certainly, not least was this Handmade by Survivors Reclaim Calm Peppermint Lavender Lip Balm. A couple of reasons I adore this. Firstly, it’s soft and minty and a bit tingly on the lips. It feels great. But, more importantly, is supports the mission to end intimate partner abuse in central Kentucky.
I have no affiliation to Kentucky, but I love a product that supports an important cause. The process of making lip balms, salves, soaps and other products provides supportive workplace experience and small-business training for survivors, while generating funding for services. Love, love, lovity – love.

WILL I BE WALLFLOWERING AGAIN?
I will most def. be considering this as a gift for one of my introverted besties. It was packed with such fun stuff that would appeal to introverts and extroverts alike, but I loved how it specifically focused on the positive (and awesome) qualities of introverts! We’re all pretty awesome no matter which type of “vert” we are 🙂 Wait…did I just get sentimental? Awe.
