HERE’S WHAT I GOT
Every box gets a limited edition T-Shirt and this Bowie + Han Solo inspired T-shirt is an exclusive to My Geek Box (and also made my hubby jealous because it came in my size, not his)! Fun fact, I spent the majority of my life thinking Han Solo was “Hanz Olo”….let that simmer. This t-shirt was a subscriber exclusive, so it’s not for sale, but you can grab other Start Wars T’s here, at the Merch. shop for $19.99.
There isn’t a particular theme to this box, other than “if you are a geek (which you know you are) and you like collectible geek stuff (which you know you do), you’re gonna want this box.
And, you might even get cuddly stuff like this DC Comics Super Deformed Plush, which had me saying “aweeee, he’s so cute!” even though I wasn’t quite sure who the “he” was at first look. Oops! I really need to brush up on my super-people knowledge. This plush retails for $9.99. Find more plush: HERE.
And, I mean…you can’t get a geek box without a collective vinyl figure like this Funko Dorbz Collectables Falcon. This brand carries a bunch of these little people and you can collect them all! I’m not sure what you do with it? Stick it on your dashboard like one of those hula ladies? Display it at your bedside?
Either way, the Funko brand is onto something here…the first thing I said when I saw it and read the box was “look, it’s a Dorbz!” and it is…adorbs in the most adorably superhero-ish way. Find it: HERE for $9.99
Do you like comics? If so, you’ll totally understand what Assassins Creed Rising is. I had a comic book once when I was a kid. Wait, I lied..two comic books. One was Fraggle Rock and the other was Little Orphan Annie. Don’t be jealous. Anyway – I googled it and so many things popped up about Assassins Creed Rising, so it’s gotta be good, right?
I have no clue how much this comic book sells for. It said “only in My Geek Box” on the info card included in the box, so I assume it’s an exclusive? Either way, it appears as though comic books range from $1.00 to $1 million dollars, and also, they don’t call them comic books anymore. Who knew? Find more “Graphic Novels” HERE.
I’m kind of obsessed with this Attack on Titan Poster. Is that weird? It’s both cute and macabre all at the same time and I find myself kind of enamored with it. Why? I don’t know? Do they send secret brainwashing juice in the My Geek Box too?
Anywho – This poster isn’t for sale on the Merchandise shop, but there is this fancy face Attack on Titan mug HERE for $16.99 if you’re interested!
DID I LOVE IT SO MUCH?
I didn’t hate this box. It actually came with some really cute stuff and I will definitely wear the t-shirt. I wouldn’t buy the box for myself because I’m totally lame and didn’t know what most of this stuff was! But I would totally buy it for a geek stuff lovin’ friend, because it seems pretty darn awesome. Yey!
