Um, how cute is the theme of the May Gainz Box? As you know, I’m not a crazy Star Wars fan like the hubs (even though I did share some epic Star Wars goodies on May the 4th). But I can totally appreciate the “May the Gainz Be With You” play on words. Fun, fun Gainz peeps! Fun!

IN THE MAY BOXITY
This box was PACKED and I mean, packed full of fitness inspired goodness. I feel like I keep saying this, but this might be my favorite box yet (here’s what I got in March and April). Anyway, this box made me feel happy and fitness-y and totally ready to rock these crazy work outs I’ve been doing to try to get this bod in good working order for life (and summer clothes…let’s be honest).
Okay, let’s talk bootie shorts. These Exo Sleeve Exo Compression Shorts came in my box (guys got a Caffeine & Kilos shirt) and they were the most adorable little thangs ever. I stress the words adorable (hello roses) and little (hello rump shaker!).
I tend to gravitate towards leggings, so these shorty’s are a welcome addition to my workout closet. And, I mean…bow-chicka-bow-wow. Retail: $49.99.
My next fave? This Siracha Honey Free-Range Turkey Jerky from Think Jerky. This jerky was absolutely delicious and I wish I had 42 bags of it. I ate these while wearing my bootie shorts and doing squats. I’m a Mom. Multi-tasking is my middle name. Retail: $4.99.
Oooh, this was fun! I received a squeezy pouch, officially known as the SMASHPACK Protein + Fruit Blend Protein Pouch. I’m totally going to eat-drink this bad boy tomorrow after my workout. It’s filled with real tropical fruit and whey protein, so it’s bound to be the yummiest! Retail: $2.99
I’m a body wash kinda gal, but this Dirtybird Caffinated Energy Soap smells incredible. It’s infused with coconut and peppermint oils. And, I mean caffeine has skin-tightening properties and I need that because…bootie shorts. Retail: $5.99
I probably won’t use the Hand Armor Chalk but it’s an awesome addition to the box! I received both the liquid and block chalk versions. And, this is the official chalk of USA Weighlifting so I’m basically a celebrity for even having it in my possession. AND, I was just thinking it could be super useful on my kettlebell days, so I might find myself using it after all! Retail: $11.90
Lastly, I received this Nootropic Brain Shot Drink by Brain Boss. This is a pre-workout shot to enhance your performance, but let’s face it guys…I’m a mom and could use a pre-mommin’ shot to increase my performance on the daily. So, I’m totally going to give this a try (pre-workout) and see if I can speed clean my house and do 50 loads of laundry straight after. Retail: $2.99.

FINAL THOUGHTS?
Total Retail value was around $80 bucks (I rounded everything up a hair because I didn’t feel like doing the exact math). I also got a TON of little extras, including a Caffeine + Kilos Carabeaner and coupons for all the stuff in the box. So if I want to order more after I try it (and when I say “try” I mean try it a bunch of times because much of this stuff is full sized), I can do it with a deep discount.
This is my third box and I’m totally enjoying trying all of these new fitness related things I probably would have never known about if it wasn’t for my new Gainz Box BFF’s. Do you think they want to get best friend necklaces? I hope so.
