Guys, it’s almost Christmas. I know, I know….Christmas isn’t technically for another couple of months, but for us, we start celebrating in November (a couple of days after Thanksgiving). When it’s with my family, it’s “Thanksmas” and my hubby’s “Thanksjesus” (we’re very crafty holiday naming peeps, obvsiouly). And, although it’s not always ideal to start celebrating the most magical day on earth a whole entire month early, what is ideal is getting to enjoy that holiday with all of our family, no matter where we are, no matter what the day.
This year, Christmas (and Thanksmas) are going to be pure magic. With a 3.5 year old who is creative, and imaginative and totally in love with all things holiday (we started decorating for Holloween on September 1st, so um….yeah) every aspect of the holiday season is filled with that glee only a little kid (and maybe me) can boast.
And, don’t even get me started about the presents. So. Many. Presents. Since friends and fam don’t ever listen to us when we say “seriously, this kid does not need more presents”, wishlists and gift guides are a huge help! And, some of my most favorite gifts for kiddos, are those that are unique, handmade and totally off the beaten path.
If you’re one of those early holiday shopping rockstars I totally envy and aspire to be…and, you love a good ol’ fashioned handmade lovely – you’re going to LOVE what’s coming next.

For that bite-size pilot you know: Millennium Falcon 3D Wood Toy ($16)

For your silly little sweetheart: Custom Doll Wearing an Animal Suit
I’m probably most excited about this. We actually own this mobile, which hung over my lady’s crib since birth, and then in her princess castle until our kitten tangled herself up in it and I had to take it down. LOVE these guys, their fabulous mobiles and adore these little dolls! Find em: HERE
