CLEAN DRINKING FOR SUGAR FREE LIVING? UM, SIGN ME UP!

I may be living a sugar free life, but I’m a grown-up. Which means I like a grown-up beverage in my hand every so often.  This weekend I had my first alcoholic beverage in 2 months.  That glass of Prosecco was glorious and I thoroughly enjoyed it. 

I knew going in that Prosecco has some sugar – less than a teaspoon thankfully, but I made the exception – the only exception I’ve made with sugar in two months.  Why?  Because I’m a big girl and I can live a sugar free life, whereby once in a blue moon, I will gladly drink trace amounts of sugar in a lovely alcoholic bevvy.

That said, I LOVE the idea of drinking a cocktail that is all-natural without any of that nasty sugar beast.  Cue Be Mixed.

If you’re counting macros and reading food labels they have all of the nutrition info and ingredients listed on their site.

Which one would you go for? I’m eating a Keto Diet, so I’d go with the lowest carb mixer – the Cucumber Mint. Add a shot of vodka, a little ice, a happy dance and boom!  Sugar free love fest for moi.
