The Pumpkin Spice Latte (and other Fall faves) are back at Starbucks today!

Who’s ready to fall back into drinking (and eating) everything pumpkin spice? The PSL is officially back at Starbucks starting TODAY in most locations.

PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE IS BACK!

Guys.  I want all the Fall things.  Fall premieres, Fall flavored sustenance and chunky cardis.  And, while it may be just shy of 1,000 degrees here in Boston, one of the most coveted Fall beverages is back on the menu at Starbucks to remind us that crisp air is right around the corner.

Get ready for real pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves – paired with their signature Espresso and  topped with whipped cream and real pumpkin pie spices.

You can also grab a Salted Caramel Mocha Frapp, Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea Latte, Apple Cider Donut (new this year) or Pumpkin Scone.

SUGAR-FREE SOLUTION

If you’re keto and sugar-free like me, you’re not going to be running to Starbucks anytime soon (apparently their pumpkin spice sauce is a no go and there is no substitute for it). Am I crying?  I think I’m crying.

Luckily, we’re not completely out of the Fall sensory experience.  You can always opt for a copy-cat version and make it at home (This looks like a great recipe for your pumpkin spice latte fix).  Pair it with a homemade baked treat ( I just made these keto pumpkin twists this weekend and OMG…I die, they’re so good).  And, if your PSL drinking friends drag you to Starbucks anyway, you can always order any one of these Starbucks keto hacks (the Pink Drink is my jam).

Either way pumpkin spice season is officially here.

Let’s do this!
