Time to feed your Mama soul with a whole lotta beauty inspired by your favorite Fall foods! I don’t know about you, but when Fall comes around, I want to be surrounded by pumpkin-spice-everything. From candles and muffins and drinks to decor and beauty products – I wanna smell like I jumped straight out of a Fall land where the unicorn’s manes are iced with caramel and their horns are made of candy corns.

16 Fall foods inspired beauty products
Okay, maybe I took that too far. But, you get the gist. Fall is such a cozy time of year and the flavors that come with it are some of my favorite. Good thing for me (and you, because I know you wanna marry Fall too) is that there are tons of cruelty-free beauty products inspired by your favorite fall foods.
The cool thing about many of these products is that they are enriched with pumpkin seed extract and other Fall food ingredients that provide antioxidants, enzymes and other nutrients to add moisture to your skin (and hair!) all while helping to reduce the signs of anti-aging.
And, you know…some of them just smell good. Either way, they are totally on-trend for the season (and super enticing for those of us that want to roll around in a blanket of all things pumpkin-spice). Let’s get delicious.
Here’s what I’m loving…
Right now I’m crushing hard on this Golden Pear and Brown Sugar Shea + Sugar Scrub from B&BW. While they don’t make this scent anymore, they have tons of Fall “flavors” to choose from, including Champagne Apple and Honey, Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin (just added to my cart!) and Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte.
This is a hard scrub, meaning it exfoliates like a brush and smells like an orchard sprinkled in brown sugar. If you’re looking for something a less harsh, this Coconut Coffee Scrub and Wash by OGX is suuuuuuper gentle. Its rich coffee smell might not scream PSL, but it totally brings cozy vibes…and, I mean…isn’t that what Fall is all about?
A few more body scrubs
I haven’t tried this Hempz Pumpkin Spice & Vanilla Chai Exfoliating Herbal Body Scrub but its infused with pumpkin seed extract – great for removing dead skin! The pumpkin extract helps smooth, firm and improve elasticity and skin tone. And, the Vanilla Extract helps calm and soothe the skin.
The Body Shop has a limited edition Body Shop Vanilla Pumpkin Shower Gel ! Infused with Madagascar Vanilla and the smells of your fave Fall foods, including hazelnut and maple syrup. OMG. I’m starving.
Skincare, body butters and creams
This Pumpkin Everything Whipped Body Cream by Parlo Cosmetics must smell (and feel) AMAZING. Pumpkin, cinnamon, maple, pecan, whipped cream. I’m dead. And, I’m a huge fan of Parlo (love their cruelty-free nail polish!).
Have you tried One Love Organics? I have their Gardenia and Tea Body Serum in my shower and it’s one of my most favorite products. This Vitamin Be Enzyme Cleansing Oil and Makeup Remover is infused with pumpkin seed oil, removing impurities while keeping skin full of moisture.
This Glo Skin Beauty Pumpkin Enzyme Scrub is made for the delicate skin on your face. And…#pumpkin. So, you know.
I’m obsessed with lip scrubs. This Lip Scrub by Sara Happ, is super popular, coming in about a bazillion “flavors” including Pumpkin Spice Latte and Brown Sugar. Eliminates dry, flaky skin, immediately leaving lips soft and supple.
Follow it up with this Burts Bees Pumpkin Lip Balm . It nourishes your lips while also smelling like dessert.
eos also has a Limited Edition Holiday Collection with Vanilla Bean and Pumpkin Spice Lip Balms. They are petroleum-free and rich with shea butter!
You definitely don’t want to know how many nights I stayed up way past my bedtime engrossed in Wen infomercials. They have a Fall Fresh Apple Cleansing Conditioner designed to work with all hair textures. I bet it smells like applesauce.
Speaking of apples…I swear by Not Your Mothers hair masks and would love to try this Matcha Green Tea and Apple Blossom Butter Mask this Fall! A detoxing blend of Match Green Tea & Wild Apple Blossom enriches hair and scalp with antioxidants and nutrients for a deep clean. Sign me up.
And, lastly – If you’re looking for “mega moisture”, try the Acure Argon Oil and Pumpkin Shampoo & Conditioner (at Target!). Pumpkin, argan and Buckthorn oils replenish moisture and boost shine.
