If you are eating a low carb diet, bread is on the “don’t do it” list. But, that doesn’t mean you can’t have bread at all! This grain-free, paleo and keto friendly bread is de-lish. It tastes even better than that carby stuff you buy at the store and it’s super easy to make. We prep it ahead of time and eat it throughout the week (makes a great breakfast, lunch or snack)!
IT ACTUALLY TASTES LIKE BREAD!
When the hubs and I decided to switch to a keto lifestyle, I quickly learned there are TONS of great recipes out there to make you feel like you’re still eating the carby stuff, even though you’re not. We haven’t tried any of the other keto friendly bread out there yet (cloud dough? Have you heard of it?). But, we have adapted this version from a couple of other recipes and make it on the regular.

The cool thing about keto friendly stuff is that it can often fit well in grain free and paleo diets as well. So, you don’t have to be doin’ the keto thang to enjoy this magical stuff. Yey for all!
